- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 2 qt
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 2 tablespoons
- Cayenne Pepper - to taste
- Dried Chamomile - to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- TABASCO® - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the meat into small strips, removing any tendons, fat, and membranes.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil until translucent, add the meat and tomato paste, and simmer everything for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes and add them to the meat. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat.
Step 4
Add the spices (sweet paprika is the star of the show, so use it generously, the rest to taste). Cook the soup until the meat is tender.
Step 5
Cut the red and green bell peppers into strips. Add them to the soup and cook until done. Thicken the soup with flour mixed with water, and bring to a boil.
