- Red Grape Juice - 28.2 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Lemon - 3.5 oz
- Mint Leaves - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Thoroughly wash the three-liter jars with baking soda.
Step 3
Wash the grapes under running water.
Step 4
Separate the grapes from the stems. Remove any spoiled grapes.
Step 5
Cut the lemon into large pieces in a convenient way.

Fill a pot with water, approximately 2.5 liters per jar, and place it on the heat.

Place the prepared grapes in a clean, dry jar.

Wash the mint thoroughly under running water and dry it.

Separate the mint leaves from the stems and place them in the jar with the grapes.

Add the prepared lemon to the jar.

Gradually pour boiling water into the jar.

Cover with a metal lid, but do not seal, and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, pour the water back into the pot, add sugar at the rate of 1 cup per three-liter jar, stir well, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Carefully pour the hot syrup into the jar. Seal the jar with a lid or screw cap. Turn it upside down to ensure the lid is tightly sealed.
