Grape Smoothie with Green Tea

Ingredients

  • Water - 4 fl oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 8.8 oz
  • Pineapple - 4.4 oz
  • Ice - 6 pieces
  • Green Tea (brick) - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour hot (but not boiling) water over the green tea. Cover and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Strain and cool completely.

Step 2

Place all the ingredients in a blender: grapes, pineapple pieces, tea, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
