Ingredients
- Water - 2 qt
- Grapefruits - 24.7 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Ice - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place brown sugar in a pot and pour in the water.
Step 2
Stirring, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the chopped grapefruit and mint to the water.
Step 4
Cook for 10–15 minutes and let cool.
Step 5
Fill a pitcher with ice cubes up to 2/3 full.
Step 6
Pour the cooled compote into it.
Step 7
Garnish with grapefruit slices and a sprig of mint.
