- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3.5 oz

- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
- Pide bread - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.4 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Paprika - 0.2 oz
- Poultry - 0.2 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Dried Rosemary - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Malt Vinegar - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the cleaned chicken breast: make longitudinal cuts; sprinkle with paprika, poultry spices, drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice, and rub well on each side, then grate lemon zest on top.
Step 2
Sear the chicken over high heat and remove it when it is slightly pink inside, then let it rest for a bit.
Step 3
Prepare the 'Tzatziki' sauce: grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, squeeze out the water, add yogurt, vinegar, dill, mint, garlic oil, and soy sauce.
Step 4
Marinate the onion: slice it into thin rings, pour vinegar over it, and add chopped parsley.

Combine all the ingredients and enjoy!
