Ingredients
- Onion - 3 heads
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1 can
- Kalamata olives - 1 can
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Celery salt - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, green onion, and chili pepper, and place them in a pot. Add the pitted olives and black olives from the can along with the liquid, then add water (a couple of centimeters above the vegetables) and spices to taste. Place the pot on the heat. When it boils, add the finely chopped cilantro.
Step 2
After 25–30 minutes, add the trout cut into small cubes to the pot. When it boils again, add the finely chopped celery, parsley, and dill. In a couple of minutes, the soup will be ready. Before serving, place a piece of feta cheese in each bowl and mash it with a fork, then pour in the soup.
