- Basmati rice - 1 glass
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ¼ glasses
- Chicken Broth - 2½ glasses
- Chopped Green Onions - ¼ glasses
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - ¼ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about another minute.

Add the chopped spinach and cook for a while until it is tender.

Add the rice, broth, parsley, dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 50 minutes until the rice is tender.
