- Campbell's Beef Broth - 12 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 4.2 oz
- Red Canned Beans - 7.1 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the 'Campbell's Homestyle Classic' broth into a pot, add 750 ml of water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into large cubes. Wash the green beans, trim the fibrous ends, and cut the pods into 2.5 cm pieces.
Step 3
Add the prepared vegetables and chopped fresh herbs to the boiling broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes, or until the potatoes and green beans are tender.
Step 4
Add the canned beans (drained) and the 'Campbell’s Homestyle Classic' soup base. Once the broth comes to a boil again, remove the pot from the heat.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
