- Shallot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam - 1 tablespoon
- Kung Pao Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped shallot for 3 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the green beans and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and water. Pour the sauce over the green beans and mix well.
