- Salad mix "Eats" - 5.3 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Blanch the green beans, with the inedible sharp tips trimmed off, in a small amount of salted water for three minutes.
Step 2
Cool the cooked beans to preserve their color. The best method is to place them in a colander over ice—this is less harsh on the beans.
Step 3
But you can also place it under running cold water.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped garlic for thirty seconds. Add the juice of one lemon, soy sauce, truffle oil, and mustard. Season with pepper and stir well.
Step 5
Sauté the green beans in this sauce, gently stirring, for three minutes. Then mix with the salad leaves and serve — either as an appetizer or as a side dish.
