- Garlic - 2 heads
- Frozen green bean pods - 14.1 oz
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Malt Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the walnuts in a blender.
Step 2
In a skillet with heated vegetable oil, press the garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Add the beans without thawing, walnuts, curry, pepper, vinegar, and water. Sauté over high heat until the water evaporates and the beans absorb all the ingredients without browning.
Step 4
Season with salt and serve.
