  • Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
  • Water - 3 qt
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Toasts - to taste
