Description

- Sorrel - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Roots - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the spinach or nettle, wash thoroughly, boil in boiling water until soft, drain, and pass through a sieve. Sort and wash the sorrel, cutting large leaves.
Step 2
Chop the roots and onion into small cubes and sauté in a soup pot with oil, add the flour and continue frying for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the pureed spinach to the pot, mix well, dilute with hot broth and the liquid obtained from boiling the spinach, add bay leaf, pepper, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the sorrel leaves and salt to the pot.
