- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Sorrel - 3.5 oz
- Spinach - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make broth from meat and water. Finely chop the sorrel. Place the spinach in a pot, add a little water, cover with a lid, and stew until soft, then pass through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Chop the onion, lightly fry it in butter, then add the flour, fry it, gradually dilute with strained broth, add the spinach and sorrel to the broth, and cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Before serving, add the cooked meat, hard-boiled egg, sour cream, green onion, and finely chopped parsley to the soup.
