- Orange Bell Peppers - 2.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 1 fl oz
- Clear Apple Juice - 5 fl oz
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar cubes - 1 piece
- Crushed ice - 1 cup
- Apple - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash all the green ingredients (bell pepper, green apple, cucumber, parsley, and mint).
Step 2
Cut into medium-sized pieces and place in a blender, blend until smooth.
Step 3
Mix the resulting green puree with 150 ml of freshly squeezed apple juice and lime juice. Add the crushed sugar cube, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Finally, add the crushed ice — it will help make the drink more refreshing and invigorating.
