- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- White bread - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Onion - ½ head
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread crumbs (without crusts) in a small amount of warm water.
Step 2
Wash and dry all the vegetables. Remove the seeds and stem from the pepper and chop finely. Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, and dice them. Peel the onion and grate it finely. Peel the garlic and crush it using a garlic press.
Step 3
Place all the vegetables in a blender and puree until smooth. Then lightly salt, add the oil, a little vinegar, and 1 liter of clean water (you can use mineral table water) and blend again. Place the gazpacho in the refrigerator to chill for two to three hours.
Step 4
Once the gazpacho is well chilled and the vegetables have softened and marinated, blend it again thoroughly in the blender or food processor. Before serving, pour the gazpacho into bowls and garnish with parsley sprigs.
