  • Frozen green bean pods - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mint - 1.8 oz
  • Dates - 4 pieces
  • Cashew - 3.5 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Spinach - 14.1 oz
  • Scallions - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour one liter of water into a pot, bring it to a boil, add the green peas, finely chopped garlic, chopped mint leaves, and chopped onion — and simmer for seven minutes.

Step 2

After seven minutes, transfer the contents of the pot to a blender, add the dates and cashews, and blend until the soup is smooth.

Step 3

Chop fresh spinach leaves and stir them into the soup.

Step 4

Finely chop the green onions and add a pinch of the chopped onions to each plate when serving.
