Ingredients
- Green Peas - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Thyme - 3 stalks
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in the bottom of a saucepan. Sauté the onion in it until translucent.
Step 2
Pour a liter of boiling water over the onions. Add the peas (if they are frozen, just add them without thawing). Boil in the boiling water for about fifteen to twenty minutes, until the peas become soft. If the water evaporates, you can add a little more as needed. One minute before it's done, add the thyme leaves to the peas.
Step 3
Soft-boil the eggs and peel them. Distribute the peas and the resulting broth into deep plates, adding a few slices of mozzarella and one boiled egg on top of each. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
