- Snap Peas - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Black sesame seeds - ¼ teaspoon
- Mint Leaves - 10 pieces

Rinse the peas well and trim the ends.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the peas, minced garlic, and nuts. Stir well and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring. Do not overcook the peas, or they will become very soft; they should remain slightly crunchy.
