Description
Use only ripe kiwis, as they are easy to peel and soft enough for making smoothies. And do not include spinach stems if you are using mature spinach.
Ingredients
- Kiwi - 5 pieces
- Lime - ½ piece
- Granny Smith apples - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Juice the apples and cucumbers.
Step 2
Cut the kiwis in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, removing the hard part of the stem.
Step 3
Juice half of the lime.
Step 4
Place the apple and cucumber juice, lime juice, kiwi halves, and young spinach leaves in a blender.
Step 5
Blend on high speed for 5 minutes.
