Juice the lime.

Juice the apples, celery stalk, and peeled ginger root about 1 cm long. If you like it spicier, you can use more ginger. To preserve the green color, it's better to use a juicer that keeps the apple juice from turning brown immediately.
Step 3
Take soft pears; for this recipe, overripe pears that have lost their firmness and appearance but haven't turned to mush yet are ideal. The variety of pears is not crucial. The main thing is softness.
Step 4
Cut the pears into 4 pieces and remove the core.
Step 5
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed for about 5 minutes.
