- Habanero Pepper - 4 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 3 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes (dip in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and remove the skin).
