Description

Ingredients
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 12 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Leek - 0 oz
- Celery salt - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Broth into a pot, add 750 ml of water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Step 3
Slice the leek in half lengthwise and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Cut the leek into thin half-rings on a diagonal.
Step 4
Chop the celery stalk into strips.
Step 5
Add the pepper and celery strips to the boiling broth first, and after 10 minutes, add the leek half-rings. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Serve with fresh baguette.
