  • Water - 0 fl oz
  • Sugar - 0.1 oz
  • Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Thyme - 0.4 oz
  • Garlic - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and marinate it in 5 ml of lime juice mixed with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Rinse the quinoa, then cook it in lightly salted water with thyme and a clove of garlic until tender.

Step 3

Prepare the citrus soy sauce: dilute the soy sauce with water for a lighter flavor, add sugar, 2 ml of lime juice for acidity, and orange juice for sweetness.
