Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wrap the cauliflower in foil with spices, sesame oil, olive oil, and 30 grams of butter – bake for 30 minutes at 356°F. After 15 minutes of baking, add another 30 grams of butter.

Step 2

Separate the cooked cabbage into segments and grill them on a barbecue or teppan.

Step 3

Prepare cashew yogurt: for this, you need to blend cashew cheese with almond milk – two parts cheese to one part water.

Step 4

Drizzle the sautéed cabbage with cashew yogurt, sprinkle with chopped herbs, capers, finely chopped red onion, caramelized sunflower seeds, and powdered roasted hemp seeds.
