Description
You can use any chicken: thighs, breasts, or a whole chicken. It's best to use pre-cooked chicken left over from yesterday's barbecue. You can use canned or frozen corn kernels.

- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Barbecue sauce - ½ cup
- Canned Corn - 3.9 oz
- Canned Pork with Beans - 7.8 oz
- 10% cream - 3.9 oz
- Banana Leaves - 4 pieces
- Tortillas - 4 pieces
- Lime - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place it on the grill and cook on all sides until done. Remove from heat and let cool. Then, remove the skin and bones and tear the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, beans, barbecue sauce, corn, and sour cream. Heat while stirring for 4–5 minutes.
Step 3
On each tortilla, place a lettuce leaf and distribute the filling. Roll tightly and cut each in half diagonally. Serve warm.
