Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 teaspoon
- Corn Cobs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Lime - 2 wedges
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the corn, rinse, and dry it.
Step 2
Grill the corn ears in a heavy-bottomed skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on all sides until well browned, then add 3–4 tablespoons of water and grill for about 8 minutes until the water evaporates (or turn off earlier if the corn cooks faster).
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the butter, chili, cilantro, and add a little salt.
Step 4
Place the hot corn on plates, top with the butter mixture, sprinkle with cheese, and serve with a wedge of lime.
