Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 2.1 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ¼ cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 3 pieces
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Preheat the grill. Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a blender, combine mayonnaise, basil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. If necessary, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to achieve the desired consistency.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds, brush with vegetable oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until grill marks appear, about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
