Ingredients

  • Halloumi Cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Courgette - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 12 pieces
  • Basil - 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into 12 cubes. Chop the peppers into small pieces.

Step 3

On skewers, alternate pieces of peppers, cheese, mushrooms, and sliced zucchini. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 4

In a blender, blend the basil with olive oil and vegetable oil. Brush the skewers and grill for 6-7 minutes, basting with oil and turning until the cheese is golden.
