Description
As an alternative to kimchi, you can use crushed garlic. Instead of mayonnaise, you can opt for yogurt, sour cream, or lightly whipped cream. However, for a hot day, mayonnaise is still preferable.
Ingredients
- Leek - 8 stalks
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim the green part of the leek. Place the white parts of the stem on the grill rack and grill for two minutes on each of the four sides. The top should become nicely charred.
Step 2
When serving, remove any burnt parts of the stem and discard them. Mix mayonnaise with kimchi sauce and serve as an appetizer or as a side dish with fried chicken.
