  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Truffle Oil - to taste
  • Arugula - 4.9 oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Place the arugula leaves on a plate.
