Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 2 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.4 oz
- Fresh Rose Hips - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Porcini Mushrooms - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Whole Grain Bun - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 2 bunches
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, 10 grams of rosemary, and minced garlic.
Step 2
Preheat the grill and brush it with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of rosemary, salt, and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until tender, about 10 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Slice the buns in half and spread the sauce on the bottom halves, then place one mushroom and some arugula on top. Close with the other halves and serve.
