  • Adjika - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F), line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the potatoes on it, and bake for 45 minutes in 'steam' mode.

Then remove the potatoes and immediately place them on the grill over the coals for about 10-15 minutes (until cooked).

Step 4

Next, cut the baked potatoes in half (lengthwise), carefully scoop out the flesh, mix it with adjika, and warm it in the oven.
