- Smoked haddock fillet - 17.6 oz
- Spices - 2 teaspoons
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Bread roll - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 2.5 oz
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Spanish onions - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue well.
Step 2
Cut the fish into 4 portions and sprinkle with spices. Place on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until done.

Meanwhile, peel the avocado and mash it in a bowl with mayonnaise until smooth.

Cut the rolls in half without cutting all the way through. Spread some avocado cream in each, add a piece of fish, some arugula, thinly sliced tomatoes, and thinly sliced onion.
