- King Prawns - 2 lbs
- Lime - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Peel the garlic and press it.
Step 2
Grate the lime zest on a fine grater.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the lime.

In a bowl, combine the lime juice and zest, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and a little ground ginger and pepper, and mix well.

Before marinating the shrimp, they need to be slowly thawed in the refrigerator.

Remove the intestinal vein from the shrimp and rinse them.

Place them in a bowl and pour the garlic sauce over them so that they are completely covered.

Marinate the shrimp for 30–40 minutes.
