- Mango - 1 piece
- Avocado - ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- King Prawns - 31.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Gingerbread Spice Mix - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix finely chopped mango, finely chopped avocado, finely chopped red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on, and transfer to a bowl. Add thinly sliced onion and olive oil. Mix well, sprinkle with spices, and mix again.
Step 4
Place the shrimp and onion on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink. Chop the onion and add it to the salsa, mixing gently.
