- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Butter - 6 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin - 0.3 teaspoons
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped Green Onions - 1½ tablespoons

Soak wooden skewers in cold water for a while.
Step 2
Preheat the grill.

Clean the peppers and cut them into small squares. Slice the corn into thin rounds. Alternately thread the peppers and corn onto the skewers.
Step 4
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the cumin. Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.

Place the skewers on the grill and brush them with the prepared butter, grilling for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and starting to char.
