- Cilantro - 1 tablespoon
- Monterey Jack Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Lime Juice - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms - 15.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the cheese, softened butter, minced garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Trim the stems of the mushrooms and place them, cap side down, on a sheet of thick foil folded in half. Fill the caps with the cheese mixture and cover with another piece of foil on top. Seal the edges tightly and place on the grill. Cook without flipping for 20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
