- Rosemary - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon

Cut the pepper into four pieces and grill skin-side up for 3 minutes, or until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Flip the pepper and drizzle a little olive oil inside.
Step 3
Place a piece of goat cheese in each quarter of the pepper.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped rosemary on top.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and leave on the stove for another minute. Salt to taste.
