- Tortillas - 2 pieces
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Cheshire Cheese - 8.1 oz

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Place the tortillas on the grill rack and toast until crispy for 30 seconds. Flip and sprinkle with grated cheese. Grill for another minute until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted (it will melt completely later).
Step 3
Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 8 pieces. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and chopped oregano leaves. Repeat the same with the second tortilla. Serve immediately.
