Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Green Onion - 1 bunch
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Sea Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grill the bell pepper until charred and place it in a plastic bag. Once it cools, remove it from the bag, peel off the skin, cut the pepper in half, and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into strips about two fingers wide.
Step 2
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 3
Chop the basil.
Step 4
Mix the cottage cheese with the green onion and basil. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 5
Slice the eggplant into thin slices and grill them, then cut each slice in half.
Step 6
Layer all the ingredients, alternating eggplant, cottage cheese, and pepper, so that the last layer is eggplant again.
Step 7
Serve cold.
