  • Eggplants - 1 piece
  • Young zucchini - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Herb Bouquet - to taste
  • Ciabatta - 6 pieces
  • Ricotta cheese - 6.3 oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Slice the eggplant into rounds about 1 cm thick.

Slice the zucchini into rounds.

Slice the red onion into thick rings.

Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and membranes, and then cut each half into two pieces.

After 2 minutes, add the eggplants (they will need a total of 8 minutes), then after another minute, add the zucchini (which require 5-7 minutes), followed by the tomatoes and onions. Remove all the vegetables from the grill at the same time.
