Ingredients
- Spanish onions - 4 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Porcini Mushrooms - 6 pieces
- Asparagus - 31.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the garlic vinaigrette with chili as stated in the recipe http://eda.ru/recipe/8719/.

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Cut the peppers in half and clean them, cut the onions into 6 pieces. Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix.

Place the peppers and onions on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning until the skin of the peppers starts to char. Transfer the peppers to a plastic bag and let them sit for 15 minutes. Peel the skin off and cut into long strips. Transfer to a bowl.
