Ingredients
- Courgette - 3 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - ½ spoons
- Chili Flakes - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Light the charcoal.
Step 2
Wash and slice the zucchini lengthwise into quarters.
Step 3
Combine olive oil, dried oregano, dried garlic, chili flakes, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4
Zest the lemon.
Step 5
Mash the feta cheese with a fork.
Step 6
Mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, feta cheese, and lemon zest. Set aside a little zest for garnish.
Step 7
Brush the zucchini with a mixture of oil and spices.
Step 8
Place the zucchini on a rack with the cut side facing down.
Step 9
When one side is browned, place the zucchini on the other side and brown it as well.
Step 10
Serve the grilled zucchini sprinkled with the remaining lemon zest and a light drizzle of lemon juice. Dip into the feta sauce.
