Ingredients
- Semolina - 1.8 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Prosciutto - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in the water. Add the olive oil and gradually mix in the flour to knead an elastic dough.
Step 2
On a work surface, sprinkle semolina, roll out the dough to a thickness of three centimeters, and cut it into small pieces with a knife.
Step 3
Roll each piece of dough into a thin stick and place them on a baking sheet, bake in a Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 428°F for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Cool the grissini and wrap each stick in prosciutto.
