Ingredients
- Water - 2 qt
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Millet - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, chop finely, and soak in hot water.
Step 2
Add the rinsed millet.
Step 3
Cook on low heat until the grains are soft.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
Step 5
Sauté in heated butter.
Step 6
10 minutes before the cooking is done, add to the soup, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve the finished gubnitsa in bowls.
Step 8
Top with sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
