Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil - 20 fl oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice - 14.1 oz
- Fillet of small-eyed hake - 17.6 oz
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Peel and dice the potatoes. Add them to the onion along with the tomato paste, and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 3
Transfer to a pot, add the crushed tomatoes with juice, pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper, cover, and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Add the fish to the pot and cook until done. Garnish with herbs.
