Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - ½ teaspoon
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Basil - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick and approximately 10 cm in diameter.
Step 2
Heat a greased grill pan and place the cheese on it.
Step 3
Season with the mixed peppers.
Step 4
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 5
When the cheese is browned on both sides, transfer it to a plate.
Step 6
Spread mustard on top.
Step 7
Add the grainy mustard.

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 9
Boil the quail eggs hard and peel them.
Step 10
Place the sun-dried tomatoes on each slice. Cut the eggs into three parts and place them on top. Season with chili pepper.
Step 11
Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
