Ingredients

  • Halloumi Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - ½ teaspoon
  • Quail Egg - 2 pieces
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Basil - 1 sprig

Slice the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick and approximately 10 cm in diameter.

Heat a greased grill pan and place the cheese on it.
