- Turkey - 1 piece
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves - 3 leaves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the herbs and sun-dried tomatoes.

Crack the egg into the heated oil in the pan and season with black pepper.

Add chili and salt to taste.

Then add the herbs.

Mix well.

Transfer the scrambled egg onto a slice of ham.
