Ingredients
- Turkey - 1 piece
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Potato - ½ piece
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ piece
- Suluguni Cheese - 2 pieces
- Tarragon - 2 sprigs
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Do the same with the fresh tomato.
Step 3
Place the fresh tomato in heated oil in a pan and add salt.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion.
Step 5
Add it to the tomato.
Step 6
After a minute, add the eggs.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.

Once the egg whites are set, remove from heat and season with chili pepper.

On a slice of ham, place the scrambled eggs and add the sliced cheese.

Add the tarragon leaves and sun-dried tomato.
